Celebrate the opening of the 40th Annual Meeting and connect with colleagues in an informal and welcoming atmosphere.

Networking Dinner (08 October 2026)

Join us for an evening of networking in a relaxed and informal setting at Nacionalna Klasa (Ušće 11, Belgrade 11000, Serbia)

The networking dinner will bring together delegates, faculty, and industry partners for a memorable night overlooking the riverside, an ideal opportunity to connect beyond the scientific sessions.

Please note that the networking dinner ticket is not included in the registration fee and can be purchased separately.

Ticket price: €90 (Please note that dinner tickets tend to sell out quickly, so we recommend purchasing them in advance.)

Discounts

Abstract and Session Presenter Discount

Accepted abstract presenters and presenters participating in other eligible sessions (e.g. case presenters at “You won’t Believe Your Eyes” session) will receive a €100 discount on the applicable registration fee.

This discount:

  • cannot be combined with any other discount (if the discount section does not appear during registration, it means another discount has already been applied)
  • does not apply to the Medical Student registration category

Eligible presenters will receive further instructions regarding how to claim this discount during the registration process.

ESVS 40th Anniversary Country Discount

To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the European Society for Vascular Surgery, ESVS is exceptionally offering a 30% registration discount to participants from countries included in the ESVS European Membership with Discount Country List.

This discount:
• is available only to ESVS members from eligible countries
• will be automatically applied during the registration process if the participant’s country qualifies
• cannot be combined with any other discounts, including the presenter discount

Terms and Conditions

  • Registration fees include access to the scientific sessions, exhibition area, coffee breaks and lunch breaks during the Meeting, the welcome reception, as well as a delegate badge and relevant conference materials.
  • Please note that additional activities, such as workshops and the networking dinner, are not included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately during the registration process, subject to availability.

 

Please note the following:

  • Registration is only valid once full payment has been received.
  • Early fees apply only to registrations completed and paid by the published deadline.
  • Any discounted registration category may be subject to verification and supporting documentation.
  • The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme if necessary.
  • All participants are expected to attend the Meeting in person.

Please note that notification of registration cancellation must be sent by email to esvs@congressbydesign.com.
For cancellations received up to and including 23 July 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. For cancellations received on and after 24 July 2026, no refund will be given, the full amount is required. Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company. A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every modification received after 23 July 2026. All refunds will be processed after the Annual Meeting. 

Workshop Cancellation Policy
Workshop tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 24th July 2026. Please note that notification of registration cancellation must be sent by email to esvs@congressbydesign.com. A handling fee of EUR 5 will be retained from each cancelled workshop. For workshop cancellations received on and after 24 July 2026, no refund will be given, the full amount will be retained. All refunds will be processed after the Annual Meeting.

Cancellation by the ESVS
If the ESVS Annual Meeting is cancelled due to force majeure, ESVS will make every effort to refund as much of the registration fee as possible, taking into account non-recoverable organisational costs including but not limited to administrative fee.

Force Majeure Definition
If the ESVS Annual Meeting cannot take place in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ESVS, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.) 
  • Public health emergencies, pandemics, or epidemics
  • War, acts of terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
  • Government-imposed travel restrictions, lockdowns, or venue closures
  • Strikes or labor disputes affecting essential services
  • Adverse weather conditions that make the event unfeasible

The ESVS reserves the right to cancel its Annual Meeting. In such a case, ESVS will inform attendees immediately. ESVS shall not be held liable for any costs or damages incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or other indirect expenses. No Further Claims Apart from the reimbursement of registration fees as outlined above, participants shall not be entitled to any further claims or compensation due to the cancellation, modification, or postponement of the event.

Modification of Programme & Format
ESVS reserves the right to modify the format, schedule, or programme of the Annual Meeting as necessary. A change in format does not entitle participants to a refund.

Liability Disclaimer
ESVS takes all reasonable care in making arrangements for the Annual Meeting but shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, property damage, or other losses sustained by participants due to circumstances beyond its control.

Participants requiring a visa invitation letter may request one during the registration process.

Please note that invitation letters will only be issued once registration has been completed and payment has been received in full.

Participants are advised that photographs and video recordings will be taken during the ESVS 40th Annual Meeting 2026. By participating in the congress and entering the Congress and social event venues of the 40th Annual Meeting 2026, you consent to the publication, release, exhibition and reproduction of such materials to be used by ESVS and the suppliers of the ESVS 40th Annual Meeting 2026.

 

The 40th Annual Meeting 2026 offers the possibility for approved press/media representatives to register for the meeting free of charge. Journalists/media representatives are invited to make a press agreement request by sending an email to madina@esvs.org. Approved press/media representatives will be required to provide either their press credentials (press ID card, no business card) or a letter of assignment from the editorial office of their news organisation and will be requested to sign and follow a written press agreement.

 

ESVS reserves the right to deny press registration to anybody it considers not to meet these criteria. Please note the number of available press registrations is limited.
