All submitting authors are kindly invited to check their inbox for an email sent from esvs.abstracts@abstractserver.com with the outcome of their submission.
Please also check your spam/junk folder in case the message has been filtered.
If your abstract has been accepted, please don’t forget that presentation confirmation is mandatory to secure your place in the scientific programme.

Accepted presenters must follow the instructions in the email and confirm their participation before the deadline. Failure to confirm by this date may result in the presentation being withdrawn from the programme.
