The ESVS is looking for additional members to join the European Research Hub (ERH) committee. ERH is a relatively new committee of the ESVS that is responsible for the development of research activity in the Society.

The role of a new committee member will be to:

We anticipate that the ERH will continue to grow. The European Venous Registry (EVeR) is about to commence and this is a ERH initiated and delivered registry. In future we anticipate that ERH have enough financial and organisational strength to perform multinational RCTs, addressing important outstanding clinical issues where we still lack evidence to enable evidence based clinical decision-making. If you are an ESVS member and are interested in joining the ERH, please submit your application using the form below, including the following documents:

1) A letter of intention, where you describe why you would like to work on this project (maximum 2 pages).

2) A general CV, with focus on your previous experience in planning and implementing research projects (maximum 4 pages).

3) A list of publications, highlighting the 10 most important publications for this task.

We welcome your application. The deadline is midday on 10th January. Applicants will be shortlisted and successful candidates will be invited to join an interview on 16th January
