Publishing Grants for ESVS Members
Supporting authors with financial grants to share the latest vascular research in the EJVES Vascular Forum.
Who can apply?
- The first and corresponding authors must be ESVS members.
- You must declare to not have any other external funding (research grant, hospital, university, etc).
How to apply?
When submitting your paper to the Vascular Forum, contact the ESVS office and the EJVES Vascular Forum Editor-in-Chief that you wish to apply for a grant.
How will the grants be allocated?
Two grants will be available for original research papers and two for case/short reports
The EJVES Vascular Forum editors will allocate the grants based on
- whether the paper lies within the scope of the journal,
- merit after peer-review,
- first-come, first-served.
What is the process?
Once an application is put forward and all requirements verified, the grant will be reserved until an editorial decision is made.
If the paper is accepted for publication, the author will be contacted.
If the paper is not accepted for publication in EJVES Vascular Forum, the grant will be released.

Open Access
Journal
EJVES Vascular Forum is an open-access journal, and authors will be asked to pay an Article Processing Charge if their paper is accepted. ESVS Members receive a 30% discount. Upon publication, the articles will be freely available for all to read on the journal website and on Science Direct.
