Physical findings of our patient:

Pale and cool left foot, no ulceration.
No palpable pulses on the left limb.
On the right, palpable femoral pulse, no popliteal or distal pulses.

Duplex ultrasound: Left side: non-conclusive for the common iliac artery due to poor visualization because of abdominal gas, no flow in the external iliac artery;

>70% stenosis of the common femoral artery and the origin of the profunda,

Small diameter (4-5 mm) of the femoropopliteal segment without significant stenosis

The crural arteries could not be assessed
