This session provides a comprehensive overview of endoleak management, focusing on the entire process from diagnosis to treatment optimisation. The discussion begins with the identification and classification of endoleaks, emphasising the use of advanced imaging techniques such as contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), computed tomography angiography (CTA), and CO2 angiography to accurately diagnose and characterise the issue. Participants will learn how to evaluate the clinical relevance of an endoleak, considering factors such as aneurysm sac growth, patient health, and the nature of the leak to decide between intervention and observation. The session will then delve into the development of a tailored treatment strategy, providing a step-by-step guide to selecting the optimal approach based on the type and location of the endoleak. Access routes such as transarterial, transealing, translumbar, and transcaval will be reviewed, with guidance on how to determine the most appropriate option for each case.
