Objectives: This workshop aims to develop knowledge on indications for treatment, patient anatomical selection, intraoperative technical aspects, tips and tricks, device characteristics and options for repair. Three different platforms for aortic arch devices will be analysed. In addition, planning options, techniques for device implantations and how to perform a safe and effective procedure will be examined. Day 1, there will be a deep discussion on indications and guidelines for endovascular aortic arch repair. A practical step-by-step, recorded case-based session, will be presented and critically analysed with participants, for different platforms. In particular, major aspects will include patient selection, graft selection based on patient anatomy, planning, how to conduct the procedure and how to minimise possible risks of major complications such as a stroke.
