Objectives: This is a practical 1.5-day workshop to gain knowledge on the management of basic TEVAR including patient selection, sizing, and procedural steps of stent graft implantation. The workshop includes case presentations covering state-of -the-art management of a thoracic aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection, and traumatic aortic, as well practical training on access, procedural steps of TEVAR implantation with different devices, and troubleshooting/bail out techniques. The ESVS and Copenhagen Certification Programme in Endovascular Aortic Repair - The ENHANCE EVAR Programme (Infrarenal fixation) Please note, this course is cancelled due to low take-up. We apologise for any inconvenience.  A collaboration:  Esvs and copeNHAgeN CErtification programme (ENHANCE ) is arranged as a collaboration between the ESVS Academy, the Department of Vascular Surgery at the University Hospital of Copenhagen (Rigshospitalet) and the Copenhagen Academy of Medical Education and Simulation (CAMES), Denmark. Today, the ENHANCE programme consists of two courses that can be taken independently of each other. ENHANCE Open focuses on open repair of infrarenal aortic aneurysms, and ENHANCE- EVAR focus on basic endovascular aortic repair (EVAR). Both courses are a part of the ESVS Aortic Fellowship Programme. This ENHANCE EVAR programme will have the same structure as the previous ENHANCE-EVAR courses. However, the device trained on will be different. During this course, you will practise all cases with one device and it’s recommended to attend the course if you use it in your clinic – please email ciara@esvs.org to find out more.
