Here’s how to create your personalised social media graphic in 3 easy steps:

1) Click the magic links (“Make It Your Own” buttons)

• This will open a new tab in your internet browser.
• Click on “Use template for new design”. If you don’t have a Canva account, it might ask you to quickly create a free one (you can use your Google or Apple account, it takes seconds!).

2) Make it yours!

• To add your photo: On the left side of your screen, click “Uploads,” then “Upload files” to find your photo on your computer. Once uploaded, simply drag your photo into the frame!
• To change your name: Click directly on the text that says “[Your Name]”. Delete the placeholder text and type your full name.
• To change your title: Click directly on the text that says “[Name of your presentation] or [“Find my presentations in the programme!”]“. Delete the placeholder text and type your title.

3) Download your graphic:

• Click on the “Share” button at the top right of the Canva screen.
• Then click “Download.”
• We recommend choosing “PNG” for the best quality. Click the “Download” button. Your personalised graphic will now save to your computer’s “Downloads” folder!
