Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the European Society for Vascular Surgery (ESVS), it is our pleasure to welcome you to the 37th ESVS Annual Meeting in Belfast.
Both Scientific and Academy programme committees have put large efforts to ensure that this year’s conference provides the best possible learning experience for all our delegates. With a diverse and stimulating scientific programme that covers the full spectrum of vascular surgery and medicine and a comprehensive Academy programme with hands-on workshops and interactive case discussions, the programme has something to offer to everyone.

On Tuesday, we will organise a 5 km charity run, in conjunction with our patient awareness activity. We invite you to purchase the t-shirt to participate in the run; all the funds collected will be donated to a local foundation.

We are also excited to invite you to our welcome reception on Wednesday evening, which will happen directly at the conference centre. This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow attendees and enjoy some local music, drinks, and snacks. It is a perfect way to kick-off the conference and to connect with colleagues from around the world.

On Thursday, we have organized a networking dinner at the iconic Belfast City Hall. This elegant venue will provide the perfect backdrop for an evening of networking, relaxation, great food and music. We are confident that you will find this to be one of the highlights of the conference.

In addition to the educational and social aspects of the conference, we encourage you to take some time to explore the city of Belfast. From the Titanic Museum to the historic Castle Ward, there are many exciting things to see and do in this wonderful city.
