Registration for the ESVS 37th Annual Meeting

In 2023 ESVS Annual Meeting offers two types of registration:
- In person including virtual access to ESVS Annual Meeting 2023 (“In-person registration”)
- On demand access to ESVS Annual Meeting 2023 session recordings for 2 months
In-person registration
Registration fees for the in-person meeting which will take place in Belfast, Northern Ireland are as follows:

Registration for Aortic Triathlon
The Aortic Triathlon competition is open to EVST members only. Applicants should be familiar with all procedures before applying for this competition. A deposit of EUR 30 is required to hold your place. It will be refunded after the Annual Meeting or withheld in the case of non-attendance. Competitors should apply in teams (1 junior and 1 senior resident). Please register individually to the Congress and contact phoebe@esvs.org to inform us of your teammate’s name.
Networking dinner & Party
Join us for an unforgettable evening at the City Hall of Belfast with exceptional networking opportunities on 28th September, 2023. Price: €75 (VAT inclusive)
Charity Run
Join our Charity run organised on 26th September, 2023 at 18:00. By paying €25 you will get an official ESVS T-shirt. All the funds collected from sales of T-shirts will be donated to a local foundation.
Welcome Reception
Join our welcome reception on the 27th of September at 17:30 at the Main Auditorium. Among other activities, the welcome reception will include Riverdance performance and a live piano and flute performance from Prof. S. Debus and Prof. J. Hoffmann. In order to comply with the Ethical MedTech regulations, the welcome reception that includes live music/entertainment is subject to a separate fee.

Notes:
– Oral and e-poster presenters are required to register for in-person participation and be present on-site.
– If you have registered for in person attendance, your on-demand access is already part of your registration package.
On-demand participants receive
- Access to the Virtual Meeting platform (incl. on-demand session recordings, Industry content) after the event, for up to 2 months after the event. Note: only the main scientific programme of the meeting will be made available, no online Academy workshops will be offered.
- Certification (CME credits will be sought for the on-demand attendees, based on the actual viewing hours)
Terms and conditions
Please note that notification of registration cancellation must be sent by email to registration.esvs@congressbydesign.com.
- 1. For cancellations received up to and including 26 July 2023, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged
2. For cancellations received on and after 27 July 2023, no refund will be given, the full amount is required. You will be provided with access to the virtual platform.
3. Payment methods: Payment Methods We accept payments by credit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at the participant’s own expense.
4. If the live Congress is cancelled by the organisation in case of force majeure, and continued as an online event, you will be reimbursed with the difference between the online and onsite conference fee. NOTE: No travel and accommodation will be reimbursed.
5. Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company. A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every modification received after 26 July 2023.
6. All refunds will be processed after the Annual Meeting.
Certification
ESVS will apply for accreditation with the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). EACCME has recognition agreements with USA and Canada for ECMEC conversion.
- More detailed information on the certification process / criteria will be provided on the ESVS Annual Meeting homepage once the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) has reviewed the scientific programme of the ESVS 37th Annual Meeting.
General Terms
• Participants are advised that photographs and video recordings may be taken at the Congress venue of the ESVS Annual Meeting 2023. By participating in the congress and entering the Congress venue of the ESVS Annual Meeting 2023, you consent to the publication, release, exhibition and reproduction of such materials to be used for the ESVS website, ESVS communications and on ESVS social media.
• The participants are allowed to take pictures during the ESVS Annual Meeting for their personal use only. Any reproduction or commercial use of pictures taken during the conference is strongly prohibited. If a speaker does not want any pictures of his presentation to be taken, this information will be included on the first slides of his presentation. In such case, the participants and delegates are not allowed to take any pictures.
• Any recording, interviewing, filming and exhibition without a written approval from the ESVS is prohibited.
• The ESVS offers a possibility for approved press/media representatives to register for a meeting free of charge. Journalists/media representatives are invited to make a press agreement request by sending an email to info@esvs.org.
• Approved press/media representatives will be required to provide either their press credentials (press ID card, no business card) or a letter of assignment from the editorial office of their news organisation and will be requested to sign a written press agreement. ESVS reserves the right to deny press registration to anybody it considers not to meet these criteria. Please note the number of available press registrations is limited.
