DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce the second edition of this workshop\, taking place in Zagreb!   You will be in the capable hands of: Zoran Rancic\, Frederico Bastos Goncalves\, Fernando Gallardo\, Christos Karkos\, and Igor Končar     Objectives: To provide participants with a structured introduction to EVAR and TEVAR planning and sizing\, focusing on the fundamental principles of pre-operative assessment for endovascular aortic repair. The course is designed for vascular surgeons and trainees with limited experience in endovascular aortic interventions and aims to develop competence in CT image interpretation\, anatomical assessment\, accurate vessel measurements\, device selection\, and procedural planning. Through expert-led lectures and supervised hands-on workshops\, participants will acquire the knowledge and practical skills required for safe and systematic planning of standard EVAR and TEVAR procedures in accordance with current European best practice.   Description The ESVS EVAR & TEVAR Planning and Sizing Workshop – Zagreb 2026 is a two-day Academy course designed for beginners in endovascular aortic repair planning. The programme combines concise lectures covering the principles of aortic anatomy\, imaging\, planning strategies\, and device sizing with extensive hands-on training using dedicated planning software and anonymised clinical CT datasets. Working in small groups under the supervision of experienced ESVS faculty\, participants will perform measurements\, assess anatomical suitability\, select appropriate endografts\, and plan standard EVAR and TEVAR procedures while discussing common pitfalls and clinical decision-making. Following the successful workshop held in Zagreb in 2025\, the 2026 edition will continue to provide an interactive\, case-based learning environment that encourages discussion between faculty and participants. Upon completion of the course\, attendees will have gained the essential knowledge and practical skills required to confidently perform basic EVAR and TEVAR planning and sizing\, forming a solid foundation for further training and clinical practice in endovascular aortic repair.   Full Programme      Target audience: The course is designed for  vascular surgeons\, interventional radiologists\, vascular trainees\, and other physicians involved in the planning and performance of endovascular aortic interventions (EVAR and TEVAR). It is particularly intended for clinicians wishing to improve their knowledge and practical skills in CTA interpretation\, preoperative planning\, sizing\, device selection\, and evidence-based decision-making for the treatment of aortic disease. No Prior experience is needed   Accreditation: CME and Medtech accreditation are being requested.   Registration and Cancellation policy: € 680 for ESVS members and € 850 for non-members.
