The Society would be delighted to have you as a member. ESVS members receive the European Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery as part of their membership along with great savings on annual meeting registration fees and first access to all training activities arranged by the ESVS. Please find your membership type in the list below.

Some national societies(currently Austria, Ireland, The Netherlands and Switzerland) offer dual membership of the national society and the ESVS. Some national societies offer to pay for their trainees' membership only (currently Denmark, Portugal and Turkey)

The Society has 7 different kinds of membership:

Full Membership
This category is for European surgeons, anaesthetists and radiologists in independent consultant practice who are substantially involved in the care and treatment of patients suffering from vascular disease. Full members shall be aged 35 years or more and under the age of 65 years save as may be expressly provided in these Byelaws. They shall receive notice of meetings, the Society’s Journal and be entitled to attend meetings, submit abstracts, present papers and comment. The cost of a full membership is split in two: Currently, Euro 120 per annum for members in the EU countries, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Malta, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland; Euro 40 for members in other European non-EU countries.

Membership for European Vascular Surgeons in Training

This category is for committed European trainees in the care and treatment of vascular disease. They shall receive notice of meetings, receive the Journal and be entitled to attend meetings, submit abstracts and present papers and comment. Junior Members will automatically become Full Members after the age of 35 years. The cost of a junior membership is Euro 30.00 per annum.

Honorary Membership
Honorary Membership is reserved for such persons as may be deemed worthy of this honour by the concurrence of the Society. The number will be small and not usually exceed twelve. They need not be European. They shall receive notice of meetings and be encouraged to attend meetings. They shall receive the Society Journal.

Senior Membership
Every European Member at the age of 65 years shall automatically become a Senior Member. They shall be entitled to attend meetings, submit abstracts and present papers. They shall receive notice of meetings and the Society Journal. The cost of a senior membership is Euro 50.00 per annum.

Associate Membership
This category is for non-surgical members from associated specialties interested in advancing the management of vascular disease. They shall receive notice of meetings, receive the Journal and be entitled to attend meetings, submit abstracts and present papers and comment. The cost of an associate membership is currently Euro 120 per annum.

Corresponding Membership
These are non-European members who shall receive notice of meetings, receive the Journal and be entitled to attend meetings, submit abstracts and present papers and comment. The cost of a corresponding membership is currently Euro 120 per annum.

Industrial Membership
These are members from Companies with an interest in vascular disease. They shall receive notice of meetings, receive the Journal and be entitled to attend meetings. The cost of an industrial membership is currently Euro 120 per annum. Industrial members do not have access to the members' database.
